Upload Files

Indoswift is the best way to get your audio/video files transcribed. You can do this by:

Logging into your account.
Saving your files in your secured login.

Acknowledgement & Assignment

After receiving your audio/video files:

We will assign a dedicated account manager to your project for single point communication, 24 x 7.
We will send acknowledgement of files received along with estimated turnaround time.

Transcription Process

All transcription processes are 100% manual. We do not use any voice recognition software to process your files.

Your account manager will allocate your files to the respective transcribers based upon the audio quality and subject matter.
The documents will then be transcribed.
A first level quality check will be carried out.
The document will then be audited by highly experienced auditors and language specialists.
Finally, the administrator will check the formatting of each document before it is sent back to you.

Get Transcripts

After the completion of the three-tier quality process, your transcripts will be e-mailed to you.

The e-mail may consist of any comments that our auditors/quality analysts may have regarding the format or content of your file.
Our support team will also intimate you via e-mail regarding the delivery of your final transcripts.

Invoicing & Payment

You will be billed as per the initially agreed transcription proposal.
