You will call our 800, from anywhere in the continental United States, enter a four digit user ID and then a four digit pin number, which will be given to you initially. Then we offer an option for a Report Type or Report Identifier. This will be followed by a beep indicating that you can begin recording. When finished dictating you hang up the phone. Our dictation system is then encrypted with a 128-bit encryption and sent over to us via the Internet by email or FTP site. Our whole transfer is secure adhering HIPAA norms.
We also accept dictations dictated through hand-held devices.
